No A/C or fan 2018 Precept36T

Two week ago our AC and fan went out on or motorhome. Being in FL sort of made it a high priority for repair even tho we still had the two roof AC's. Was told by Jayco Campers Inn they will not work that it's a Ford problem. So Found a Ford dealer that works their chassis and went to them. Result was that AC and fan work fine when hooked up at the chassis inerface to their tester, the problem is in the RV main harness, somewhere! Where can I find a component RV Maintenance Tech to work this? (Under warranty)

You don't say where in Florida you are, how far you are willing to drive to get to an RV repair shop. Have you tried Google?

Have you re-contacted JAYCO with FORD's test results?

Sure did, next week it goes to RV Force in Winter Heaven FL to hopefully fix it. There a chassis and coach repair facility. Thx for your input.

Results at RV Force were an eye opener and typical for RV techs. They found behind the dash the wiring connector was never reconnected after the cameras were re wired during my last warranty visit at another Jayco dealer.
Thank you RV Force of Winter Heaven FL.
