No hot water

New 2020 pennicle G34. Worked first trip
2nd trip no hot water. We need a bath on way back to Texas!
We are newbies to RVs. Not much knowledge...
Besides we are “old”...or advanced in age and slow by of movement!

What type of water heater? Tank or tankless?

I replied in your other post. Yes, the *more* you can tell us about exactly what you have, the better the help will be.

But here's what Jayco says about your water heater:
  • Quick recovery gas/electric DSI water heater (20 gal. per hour)
And that it has a bypass valve.

My questions:
1 - Have you winterized or flipped any valves since the last trip? Since the last time you had hot water?

2 - Are you heating the water with propane or electric? Are you plugged in? Do you have propane (does the stove and furnace work)?

3- Is the tank hot? Is the water in the tank getting heat? If so - then we've got a flow/valve issue. If the water in the tank is not getting heat, then that's a different issue.

You're going to have to do some poking and prodding around if you want to try to tackle this yourself.

If not, then I'd suggest looking for a Mobile RV Tech with a good reputation.
