Norcold Thermistor location

Ok, another Norcold thermistor fin location question.

We have N8XRT model. Nothing in manual.

2nd fin from right? 10th? Other?

Also, does it affect the freezer temp?

I have a N8XF. Mine is 10th from the right.
I was told by the dealer tech this does not affect the freezer. The freezer has its own thermostat, which mine does.

The thermistor can be moved around to different fins and fin height in attempt to change the refer operating temp.

To WARM the refer temp: move to fin RIGHT AND/OR slide sensor DOWN
To COOL the refer temp: move to fin LEFT AND/OR slide sensor UP
