Oil dip stick cooking in middle

My oil dipstick is cooking the oil in the middle of the dip stick due to proximity of the engine and or manifold - wondering if there are a a way to insulate it? Aftermarket kit?

Mine has a discolored spot like that too. It was where the exhaust manifold and the oil tube crossed each other. Not much room in there as I remember.
