Outdoor Entertainment Center (DVD Video Issue)

Any of you have issues with your outdoor entertainment center?

Seems FM reception is pretty abysmal, and digital reception from the antenna is sketchy as well, but the main thing that happened this weekend, that I can't figure out, is we tried to watch our 'go to' camping movie, THree Amigos, out by the fire, and it was a grainy black and white picture using the outdoor Furrion DVD player.

I checked all the connections behind the TV, and they were good. Is it worth pulling the deck and checking out the back? Or is this better left to the experts during my next warranty fest?

Which class a do you have? Our Alante has an in-dash type head unit next to the outside tv and works well playing DVD's. I believe the player is hooked up directly to the tv. I've tried using the FM tuner and it picked up our our local popular rock station. Sounds like a service visit is in order.

Ours is a 2017 31V. We do have the 'car' style in dash in the outdoor compartment.

Yep, sounds like something is wrong with the cords. Time to take to service.

Or, it might be that the unit is a Furrion! lol

One of the first things that we did was to replace the Furrion TV's with Samsung smart TV's (The main Furrion TV failed on our first trip).

The outside player is going to be replaced by Best Buy shortly, as will be the speakers.

Since this unit is still under warranty, I don't think I should have to pay to replace anything yet.

Very true, they replaced ours with another Furion, and withing a month, the sound failed on that one. That's when we decided to switch to another brand.

We haven't had any issues with our three Furion TVs after 7 months and over 6k miles
