We pitched our SoundDesign unit that came with our 2019 Precept Prestige 36B. It was cheaper and easier to just replace it with a Pioneer unit from Walmart! If yours is a SoundDesign, good luck. We also bought a Garmin RV770 for nav. Lifetime maps vs the $79 IGo every year. Best of luck and safe travels.
Attached is the Soundstream Manual. I was able to connect my phone via bluetooth. Now, every time I enter the coach, my phone is connected. Be careful, because it automatically connects, it will plays music from my phone. Had to change the setting.
