Power Control Panel

I have a new 2019 Alante 29S. The power control panel, which is where the tank monitor, slide out and generator switches as well as water heater switch are all located is dead.

This is the control panel that tells you what power your using, and also will regulate the power distribution between both AC’s, microwave etc,,, so that you don’t trip the 30 amp breaker.

Anyone come across this problem? Basically the LCD display is blank, so it’s not telling you what it’s supposed to.

My dealer is a good 2 hours away, so if I can find a fix that would be great.

Thanks

Is your 12 volt disconnect switch turned on?

Pull the panel and check for a loose connection.

The 12v switch is on, and I did check the cabling behind the panel.

All coach electrical functions, work fine. The only issue is the panel itself. The display doesn’t come on.

One thing to try would be to flip off the breakers located at the power pedestal and disconnect (unplug) from the power pedestal, wait 60 seconds, and then plug it back in and then flip the power pedestal breakers back on. That procedure (turning something off, then back on) has cured many computer and television problems for me.

The LCD display on the power management panel. This is where you see what power source your on and the amps you’re currently using.
