Precept 29UM

We have a 2015 Jayco Precept 29UM. Have had problems with the room slide for 2 years. Getting stuck out and in. We had the track system replaced in December 2019. We are back in the same situation. Barely got it back in today to come home . Very frustrating! The tracks are bent. They seem to not be strong enough to handle the slide. Anyone else have or had this issue??

I feel your pain. I owned that same year and model. Although I never had the exact problem of a bent rail, I did have many times when the in-wall slide motors failed. After 3 years of wondering everytime I tried to open or close the slide what would happen, I gave up and traded it in. I personally just couldn't deal with the stress of the uncertainty. It is a shame because I liked everything else about it and would have kept it for many more years were it not for that problem. I hope you get yours figured out and repaired .
