Precept 35U

What are you feelings on the new Precept 35U? bath and a half, very similar to many other MH out there with the same floor plan, Wish there was one at the Hershey show this past week, would have been nice to see the 35U.

We were on one last weekend, liked the layout alot, then we noticed it was on the 20,500 chassis with the 19.5 wheels, that is puzzling for a larger class A.

Wow, that is surprising, you are right, doesn't make any logical sense at all. My 2015 36UN Prototype has 22.5's and is on the 22/27k chassis. I cannot imagine why they would do this.

Yep, it would be interesting to know how those decisions are made at the corporate level...that floorplan on a 22 to 24k chassis would have me looking to move from my 31UL 22k to maintain the looks, ride and load capacity we have become used to.
