Precept 35UP - TV gouged
Hi all, our inside dinette 40" Jensen TV that emerges from a narrow counter had 2 light gouges in the screen. Then we took a long distance trip and suddenly had 5 gauges, all in a line & equally spaced. Hubby figured it out: our DreamDinette chattered in the up position so we started putting it down & locking it. The dinette wall support bracket has 5 screws. Yep, no tension on the upper wall caused movement of the TV & wall, and consequently screw tip gouges in the screen. Grrrr! We removed & took dykes to the screw tips to shorten them. Sigh . . . really Jayco?
