Precept 36A vs North Point 377RLBH

Hey everyone,

My wife and I are considering trading in our 2017 North Point 377RLBH for a Precept 36A. We have our first little one on the way, and think that camping will be much easier when she is here in a Class A versus a 5th wheel.

We like the 36A, but our first choice floor plan that we really love is the Fleetwood Bounder 36FP. The Fleetwood is probably out since there is not a dealer within 150 miles of us, and I don't want to drive that far to get warranty work done. We have a Jayco close by, and I do like the 36A floorplan almost as much, so it'll do.

I've read both sites, and both have issues, as do all campers. I just would like any insight anyone might be able to provide that have traded their 5th wheel for a Class A.

I know the big difference is a tow vehicle, but we will likely never need to tow one as we spend most of our time camping at races and football games. If the need comes for a car, I feel like I can just rent one when we get close, or have Enterprise bring us one if we are in a big enough city.

Also, if anyone has the 36A floorplan I would appreciate any info on how you like it. Any advice greatly helps! Thanks!
