Precept 36H Slide gap at bottom

Hello everyone,
I recently purchased a 22 Precept 36H and have a question for the group.
I noticed that the driver side slide is tight at the top but the bottom sticks out from the coach 2-3” when fully closed. The bedroom slide and the passenger side super slide are both tight at the top and bottom when fully retracted.

Do anyone else have this “issue” or any suggestions?

Many thanks!
