It's a nice design if you want bunks, the two full baths is very rare, in fact I am not aware of another MH in the price range that has 2 full baths, many have 1 & 1/2, but not 2. It also has a longer wheel base then the 35UN I have, which I love, and the others still in the lineup, 35S & 35UP I believe. All in all if I were looking for a bunk model this would definitely be in my lineup to seriously consider.
