Precept TV Access

Anybody have any idea how to access the Main TV on a Precept 31ul?
We are looking at this model, but neither I nor the salesman could figure out how to access the inputs on the back of the pop up TV by the dinette.

Jusr a wild guess, but based on what I see on their web site and knowing how some things are done, you probably have to remove the valance assembly before raising the TV. Probably a couple angle brackets at the bottom of the valance one on each side and possibly a couple up under the top.

Think it would be wise to install a TV/DVD/Game panel under the dinette table for hooking up components.

I have looked at this as well and like grumpy says you would have to remove the valance...their is an access panel below the dining table you can remove but that will only give you access to the cables and not to the tv itself....

Yes but once you remove the valance and run wires from the inputs to the access panel, would the panel under the table be a viable place to mount a port for hook ups? Or would the mechanism that raises/lowers the TV get in the way?

Joe there is enough clearance where you could mount a port which wouldnt interfere with raising and lowering of tv...if you get ambitious to do that let me know how it works...

Don't own it...yet.
We're ready to trade the 5th wheel and the Precept is near the top of the list; with a few concerns.
If we go with the Precept, this will be one of the first projects for sure (kids NEED their DVD's)

Ok, here is the skinny on the DVD & front (dinette) TV.
Turn on the TV with the TV remote, press "Input" scroll to AV press "ok". Pickup your dash remote, insert DVD, find the NAV/AV button on the remote, press it. Press enter to play the DVD. The dash remote or touch screen operate the surround sound, ff and other moves you want to make.
For the bedroom TV, use the remote, go to input, scroll to YPbPr/AV, press and the DVD in the dash is on screen.
Hope this helps.
