Precept water heater

I am having problems with my Precept 31 UL tankless water heater. The bathroom and shower works fine, but the kitchen sink doesn’t get warm. It doesn’t activate the controller on the bathroom wall. This is a new occurrence for us, never had this problem before. Anyone have any thoughts?

Can we assume you either the Girard or Truma water heater? What year is your coach? Precepts have had 3 different water heaters.

Your issue is most likely water pressure related......

If you are using your fresh water tank check your water filter to ensure it is not clogged in any manner restricting water flow. Better yet take the filter completely off and then check the faucet. If it works fine when using your fresh water tank but does not when you are hooked up to city water, check your city fill screen for any clogs and your water pressure regulator PSI.

If you are on city water fixture and it works on the normal fresh water tank then it is mostly likely water pressure related. Check your pressure level on your water pressure regulator, For an on demand water system from what i have read you need a decent 50 to 55 psi to get good water pressure through the heater. Less than that will work as mine is at 49 with no issues.
