Problem with New Norco Fridge.

We just bought a 2020 Alante 27A and took it out for the first time. It has a Norcold N8X Fridge. The freezer would get cold (but not freezing) and the fridge was about 64 degrees. We were very careful to only run it when level.
Any tips? It's our first RV and we are so excited to go, we don't want to take it back to the dealer for repair if it's a simple fix. April

WE had the same problem with our N8X refer and Norcold had to replace the cooling unit. Seems like Norcold has a lot of issues with these units.

We took the panel off and it was really hot. We ran it on electric overnight with a fan on the back and it worked, so we are going to install a fan. It's on order, so hopefully that fixes the problem. If not, it will be heading back to the dealer.
