Pronounced Lean

My 17 Precept 35S has a pronounced lean/sag on the passenger side. Any ideas why/what may be/has happened? Thanks in advance!

No, it’s been increasing. Difference if about 4” from driver to passenger side rear and noticeable. Taking to a chassis shop tomorrow who’s going in the pit to see leafs, hangers, front shocks, bushings and anything else down there. If there’s time will see if can change bushings to poly and see if willing to do CHF once we’ve identified and fixed problem.

Took it to Josam in Orlando. They had to add a leaf to the rear passenger side set and replaced the passenger side spring. They also did the CHF in the rear and felt not needed at the front because I had a heavier duty sway bar there. Coach is totally upright. Fix also corrected steering wheel that was slightly off center. Drove about 130 miles and had to get used to no lean effect and straight steering wheel!!!

Thanks for the update on what was needed, and glad you're happy with the repairs.

We also have an issue with lean to passenger side both front and rear. Jayco would not cover under warranty. Thought about adding helper spring but not sure that's the answer. Did you have your motorhome weighed on each wheel? We are 1 3/4 inch lower on passenger side. Only extra weight on passenger side is BBQ and 4 folding chairs!
I think we would need extra leaf's front and rear. Thanks for posting

Having thought of almost everything, on a chat someone mentioned Josam as the best (which now I totally agree with) chassis shop in FL. Made the appointment and super happy. My advisor said this is very common, especially with Tiffin gassers. Our 35S floor plan has a lot of weight on passenger side with washer/dryer, fridge, kitchen, 3TVs, etc. , in addition to LPG, house batteries, heater and furnace on that side. They went under, determined a fix that totally works and now I have to get re-accustomed to driving a level coach. I was over 3” off and you could clearly see from outside, especially in rear. Find a good chassis shop familiar w/ the F53. There were more than 6 RVs there in addition to dozens of trucks. They have 8 bays.
