Pulled the trigger on a 2018 Precept 36T

Just returned from 450 mile one night getaway.

So much I️ am learning.

Fought with the gfi plug in the cottage garage was popping it's circuit every time I️ plugged into shore power. Finally figured out that I️ had to trip the invertor breaker in the RV before plugging in.

Found a couple of issues that I️ will be taking care of. Like why would Jayco use a 2" holesaw for one 18awg wire. I️ will be buying a can of expanding foam and will be taking care of a few of those holes.

Can't find the round leg to the table that goes between he two front captains chairs. Will have to call the dealer Monday I️ guess.

I️ ended up installing a sound bar for the front tv because going down the road I️ couldn't hear myself think when they were watching tv with audio overhead thru the pioneer.

Anyways it's been an adventure so far!

Glad you are happy and good to hear about the handling. We just traded our nearly new Forester for a new 2017 Precept 36T. Take delivery on Monday. The difference in quality is remarkable! Almost as good as our ex 2007 Winnebago. We’re taking it from Wisconsin to Texas I two weeks.

The big issue with the drawers is the latches inside drawers don't line up to latch properly. That is if you have them. I had to adjust mine. Close drawer almost closed and you can see the horizontal alignment. When they are almost closed should be able to see the vertical alignment. You can also replace with better latches at Home Depot. Cheaper than driving to the dealer if they are very far. Nice rig.

Congratulation. It's a beauty, and welcome to the "club".

Regarding the kitchen drawers;
I had the same problem with the large kitchen drawers opening. The drawers are large, and hold a lot of "stuff". Too much for the little latches to hold. So...I just added an additional latch to each drawer, doubling the strength. Bought the latches at local hardware store.
Now all is good. I can make a U turn, and all stays put.
