Model year starts on August 1st and run until July 31st the following year. The Ford would be a 2020 and the Jayco VIN would be a 2021. Good luck.

Mine is a 2018 Jayco Greyhawk on a 2017 Ford frame. CarFax says it is a 2017 Ford, my Arizona registration says it is a 2018 GreyHawk RV. I'm fine with it.

My wife's parents moved to Grenada Hills in the early 50's. My wife was born there in 1956 and they moved East to Virginia in the early 60's when she suffered from asthma from the pollution in Grenada Hills.

Really? The year the 'house' is the year of your coach. The chassis manufacturer has production dates for the chassis that may end in May of one year and October the next. Some years the RV manufacturer may buy 100 or 1000 chassis and they don't get built until after the calendar year, chassis model year or even the RV model year changes. This is nothing new and has been happening since the 70's. Registration is based on chassis VIN and for lack of a better term don't get your panties in a bunch! Demanding your money back is foolish as they have done nothing wrong.
