Question about 2017 Precept 31UL

Maybe my memory is faulty. Those 115v/5v outlets on either side of the dinette - below the corners of the TV. I could swear that they used to be powered when the inverter was providing 115v to the coach. Now they are dead at that time but do work normally when the coach is on shore power or generator. Could someone give me a reading on that? Thanks!

I have a 2017 31UL and my outlets at that location are the same way. I assumed they would work off the invertor since that is a perfect spot to charge phones or run a laptop so it was a disappoint to discover they did not.

It's the same with the 2016 31UL. You would think since the TV runs on the inverter there, that they could have easily hooked up those outlets at the same time!

Is there a way to hook up outlet to the inverter? Especially the outlet with the USB ports.

Seems that one could dig into the wall and hook up the outlet(s) to the same circuit that powers the TV.
