quick fix 2016 precept 35s

has anybody done the quick fix on a 2016 precept 35s and what procedure did you use,i know you move nut from first hole to second one did you have to loosen the upper rod nut also so the rod will move and did you have to loosen the stabilizer bar also and use a floor jack to raise the bar?
