I'm having an issue with my generator, took it to the Cummins repair facility, as we pull in there is another Precept exactly like ours with a gen problem. The service person laughed, wait 10 minutes. While we are there another Precept exactly like ours pulls in..... 3 of exactly the same coaches all with gen problems.

We all had different issues:

• Ours will not turn over, the primer works and it ran perfectly this past weekend, I checked the cable connections and they were all tight.
• Another will only run for 10 to 30 minutes then shuts down.
• The third has a fuel line issue.

One diesel pusher was being worked on.

Is it Gas or LP fueled?

All three are gas.

Update:
Kudos to Cummins Atlantic, drop the coach off at 11am, get a call at 2:06pm that it's done. Faulty circuit board replaced, no charge, waiting on you to pick up.

Now that's service!

Sounds like customer service is first at Cummins. Hope I find the same here in Cincinnati.
