Replacing Couch in 31UL

Hello,
We’re purchasing a 31UL and want to replace the couch with two reclining theater seats. Does anyone have a recommendation for purchasing the recliners?

We purchased recliners from Marine and RV Furniture | Custom Yacht, Boat, RV, Motorhome furnishings by Flexsteel, Villa, Mariner and Lafer Recliners for our RedHawk and have been very happy with the quality and options.

Flexsteel makes a two recliner unit with center console that fits almost perfectly into the space where the jackknife sofa was. We love them, much more comfortable!

We replaced the sleeper sofa with Thomas Payne pieces. They come in many pieces, pick the ones you want to build a sofa or theater seating. Very modular.

We replaced our uncomfortable couch with two love seats made by Master craft? They did the original upholstery for Jayco. The seats fit down over the edge of the slide out so your feet can now actually touch the floor. They will more than likely have the fabric that will match your current coach
Malinda at the showroom in Shipshweana Indiana knows RV interior design! They will ship the seats to you. It will harder to get the old couch out than put the new seats in.

Can you post a pic, did you get the theater seats? I know they became an option on the 2017, I have a 16.

Pics please

For those of us who have not taken the plunge yet can those of you who have replaced the supremely uncomfortable jack knife sofa please post pictures?

Looking for wall hugging single or dual recliners.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks drk98,

Looks like a good fit in your Redhawk. Can you give me a price range?

We have looked at Flexsteel dual recliners and have found pricing above $1400 for fabric, considerably higher for leather (or pleather).

Lippert had a dual set at the Tampa RV show, $487 for each recliner in pleather, only available at Camping World. Just my opinion but furniture isn't a Lippert core competency.

It was $1,285 delivered. They had a good selection of fabrics and leather to pick from too. We’ve had them for 2 years now and have really enjoyed them. They are really great quality too.

removing electric jack knife sofa / love seat

Speaking of the jack knife sofa, we have an electric one in our 2008 Jayco Seneca 35GS we want to remove - can anyone tell me how to go about removing it?
