The checklist I found online suggested these items at 12,000 miles:
Clean and repack front wheel bearings
Rotate tires and check for wear
Change transmission filter and fluid
Inspect PCV system
Replace fuel filter
Change spark plugs
Clean wires and inspect for wear including wire boot (distributor and spark plugs)
Inspect fuel tank, cap and wires
Inspect engine accessory drive belts.
Our toad is a 2014 Chevrolet Spark and we've done no maintenance other than scheduled service.
As always, thanks for your help.

Not sure where you got that information. The Ford F53 Chassis manual that came with my Alante 26AY has the scheduled maintenance listed starting on page 131. Every 7,500 miles, Change Oil & Filter, Rotate the Front tires (duel back not needed unless unusual wear) recommended multi-point inspection..... that's it.
At 15,000 INSPECT auto trans fluid, Inspect brake components, Inspect cooling system strength and hoses, and so on, only inspections other than the oil.
You don't change the auto trans fluid until 60,000 (If you tow all the time I would do that at 30,000) and the spark plugs are good for 100,000 miles. Check & lube the steering components zerk fittings during the multi-point inspections, don't forget the ones on the bottom of the Powergear Jacks.
* If you Tow a TOAD ALL of the time then some of these procedures are performed more often, check page 133 of the Ford F53 Chassis Manual.
