Residential fridge

Just picked up 2019 precept 34g. Can’t figure how to start fridge. Says cooling off. Am plugged into shore power here at home. Inverter has to b on but all screens say it is in bypass. Any thoughts or head back to dealer.

If the light inside the fridge is on it has to be the fridge controls not the inverter. Bypass means shore power. Which brand fridge is it?

If it’s a WHIRLPOOL you have to hold both buttons on the far right side of the control panel in at the same time for a few seconds and it will turn on. Same to shut it off.

Thank you very much it turned on in 3 seconds. Will it switch over to battery mode when disconnected from shore power

If your inverter is turned on the inverter will supply 120VAC to the fridge when disconnected from shore power. The change over should be automatic.
