Roof Glass Fibers Starting To Show Through
I was re-caulking the seal joints on my 2017 Precept's roof when I noticed shiny little lines starting to show through the roof's surface. I finally determined they were the glass fibers peeking through.
The RV is about four years old and is exposed to South Florida's sun. The only thing I have done with the roofing surface is to clean it a few times.
Does this sound fairly typical for fiberglass roofs to start showing the glass fibers?
Also, what's the best things to use to clean it and protect it from future deterioration?
