Shower head holder

Have a 2020 Precept 29v. The wall mount that holds the shower head is loose on the shower wall. There is a small white plastic plug on top and bottom of the shower head holder. They don't have slots for screwdriver or any tool. Any ideas how to tighten it?

On mine the mount is 2 pieces; a cover and the actual mount with the screws to the wall. The cover is removed by pressing a little plastic "button" (maybe thats your "small white plastic plug") and then the cover slips off. Its not easy to press, I think I used an awl or similar.

My mount is also loose and about to fall off, dont think they used anchors, or not the correct ones.
