Shower head holder loose

Hi, We have a 2017 Precept 31UL and the shower head holder attached to the shower wall is getting loose. Can't find any screws or allens to tighten; I suspect they are behind the tiny pieces of white plastic that are in 2 small round holes (one on the top and one on the bottom of the holder). Is that correct and if so how do I get the pieces of plastic out (w/o breaking something), they have flat surfaces and are recessed slightly below the surface? Thank you.

Mine are loose to. On my list of to do items. I do believe those are plastic plugs over the screw access. Can pry them out with a safety pin. If you end up destroying them you could always put a small dab of white silicone rtv in the hole after you tighten.

Thanks, that was my guess also; just wanted to query some other others before I started tearing things apart.

While you are at it, replace the shower head with much better one that a lot rivers have switch to. You,'ll be pleasantly surprised with a good quality shower . It will set you back about 50 bucks. Well worth it .
