Side mirror slipping

We recently got a 2020 Alante. On the first ride I learned that the passenger side mirror is slipping out of position from just the regular bumps and bounces going dow the road. I’m not sure if it’s the whole housing, as I checked and it seems tight. I’m afraid it might be just the top/flat mirror itself within the housing not holding position.

Anyone ever deal with this?
Thoughts or things I can check?

Thinking of using a wax pencil to mark position of housing and of mirror inside housing to be sure which is actually moving.

Thank you

... don't have much experience with mirrors. Suggest you contact manufacturer. You might need to contact Jayco CS to find out who it is. An internet "image" search might work as well. Good luck.

You need an allen key wrench and tighten/adjust the 2 screws on the mirror to where you want it.

I managed to hit my side mirror coming thru a toll booth. Contacted Jayco CS and they put me in touch with manufacturer. Great people; very helpful. As I am sure you have found, there are three hex screws around the base you can tighten. He did caution me about not tightening into the seam. If tightening hadn’t worked on mine, I was going to have to replace damaged screws but he said it was easy. I can get you the info I was given if that will help.
