Slide issues

On our Alante 31V the bedroom slide is going out of alignment at times. When under warranty we took it back to the dealer and they told us this happens but its quite a job to reset. Yet another service misrepresentation.

You all might know this and I'm late to the party, but I found a Schwintek video on how to simply factory zero your two motors and how to keep it from happening in the future. Its so simple it made feel like a fool for listening to service in the past!

Thanks for posting.. I was aware of these but I prevent it by always going fully in and fully out each and every time and holding the button for 5 seconds after it stops moving both in and out. Helps to have this handy though... thanks
