Speechless after Picking up our 35UN from Jayco

I don't know where to begin, Jayco far surpassed all my expectation. We picked up our 35UN from service and the quality of workmanship in installing the sliding door, fixing my slide leak, and the other minor issues was second to none. We could not be happier with the results, and with everyone we dealt with at Jayco. Our coach is perfect for us now. Thank you to Joyce, Rodger, Scott, Danielle and Cody on jobs well done! Let the memories begin!!!!!

That's really awesome! It's good to hear about the positive things they do for you.

They went way beyond what would be considered excellent customer service. My dealer had quoted me 2 hours to change out the accordion door and replace it with a sliding door like in the later 2016's. Well Jayco spent 2 days with this installation, They rebuilt the wall, replaced the heating vent from a round one to a flat one so the door sits as low as possible, It looks like original equipment now. Because of all the issues I had with my dealer, Jayco serviced my generator and changed the oil in the coach. We had a private tour of the factory after everyone left, It was great getting up close to the line and seeing the new colors! they are awesome!

The extra things they do go a long way for customer relations. I agree, customer service is extremely important to insure return sales. It's too bad some dealers don't get that!!
