Store your RV at home?
In this video I show how to fit a 2022 Jayco Precept 31UL on to the side of our house with only 10 feet of width.

I have been enjoying your video's. They are short, well explained and to the point!

In driveway, per city ordinance, we can only store at home week prior Memorial Day to Veterans Day and when so, it cannot block the sidewalk.
On side of house, has to be 5’ separation to neighbors yard. You are lucky where you live. Rules out both my side yard and backyard is sloped. So, with all above, we have in $80 month storage.

You who can do this are fortunate. Between my HOA and neighbor who has a gift for city regs, I cannot even park overnight. Good thing a residential fridge is useable in just a couple hours.
My neighbor actually called the cops for an overnight stay after returning late from a trip, and then again because I briefly parked facing the wrong way to open my kitchen slide to my yard instead of the street side. Both yielded a big orange sticker that bonded quite well with my rear window. Seems I have some resentments to work on.

That is one tight fit!! This is one of the upsides to having a baby trailer. I am fortunate that I have a 20 foot set back ( from the sidewalk ) for my front yard fence.

There's a lot of jealous people out there that can't or won't do things for themselves, so they have to make it hard for those that can do for themselves. Jealously is an ugly thing.

Nicely done. I have a steep driveway, a turn around the front corner of the house and squeeze by the side of the house, but plenty of room once that is done. And I'm under cover too!

That's tight! Great job!
We keep our little trailer on a cement apron in back of the house. Backing in along side a chain link fence, past a steel post-cement porch buttress then a bay window with a dog-leg just beyond it and fence gate posts at the far end takes some patience. We get it pretty close, but have to finish with a trailer dolly. We're very happy we can park at home and that we have a seven foot wide rig. Eight foot trailers have backed partially in, but can't get all the way in or positioned well.

Years ago a neighbor came home with an old Hertz rental truck he bought down at the bar and parked it like that just outside my bedroom window. The one I used to use to gaze down the street from time to time. When I asked how long he figured to have it there, he bragged about how he got more for the tires than he paid for the whole truck. It was still there when we sold the house.

People that sign into a HOA should have at least read the rules. I've never been in one, but I see no sense in complaining afterwards. Isn't it a contract that's signed?

We used to have about the same amount of room with our 40' TH in storage at a KOA. There was exactly 12" between spot markers and 102" wide spots. Our TH is 102" wide and when you account for awnings ladders & slide toppers etc. you get 6"-8" clearance on either side. Had to shimmy between and squeeze through the door sideways to get in and out.

I thought I had a tight squeeze. We back up a 10% grade, first between two retaining walls, then between a house and a privacy fence. At the narrowest location, we have about 12" on each side.
