Sub floor problems

We have an alante 26x and under warranty we had a bolt come thru our kitchen floor jayco payed for a replacement floor covering because a bolt the secures the sub floor to the frame came thru the floor vinyl.that was 2 years ago and now we have the same problem again. Has anyone else had this problem?

This is a common problem in a lot of mass produced RV's.
