I have recently installed front sumos, super steer rear track bar and Roadmaster steering stabilizer, and wow, huge improvement in handling, steering wheel correction, and I feel I am in control of our 2019 precept 36b. Still wondering if rear sumos are needed, I almost think not, I would recommend those 3 mods for sure.

The rear trac-bar and steering stabilizer are an absolute must in my opinion. We were blown off the road numerous times before th trac-bar and since, no issues. The steering was so loose and the rut tracking would wear you out, now its nice and tight and much easier handle, I drive with one hand most of the time now.

These are simple, reasonably inexpensive items that in my opinion should be standard equipment on the Ford Chassis.

So the advantage that rear Sumos would provide is a 'damping' of the springs when going over rough roads close to the effect of airbags as they serve to soften the spring travel.

They will also help with sway control as they counteract each other. When the coach wants to lean left the left Sumo will help to resist the lean and the right Sumo will help to pull it back to level.

The other advantage is that they can help with porpoising which depending on your wheelbase, overall length and weight distribution can be a big benefit.

Hope this helps!
