Thermostat Airxcel

Hi can you direct me to a replacement Thermostat. For Airxcel BB 7843. 9630-336. I Can not seem to locate the exact part numbered. Settings on bad one were AC HEAT ELECTRIC HEAT GAS FAN HIGH LOW thx much

How sure are you of the catalog number? I contacted them with a question on their web site and they answered my question pretty quickly.
I think you are looking for a 9430. Airxcel has reduced their number of T-stats. I’m pretty sure this one will do everything you need. https://a.co/d/inDTHNT
It will do AC, fan, and heat or no heat. At least that is what they told me.

The previous post appears to be for cool only, but I found this one by google searching the model number the op listed as 9630-336. This is for the heat pump version and shows the actual model number of 9630-3361. https://colemanmachac.com/coleman-ma...p-12vdc-black/
Not saying for certain this is what OP needs, but OP might want to verify the model number of thermostat again and post picture of thermostat. Model of AC unit might also help

9430338 was the thermostat. I called Coleman. And they said this is the one that will replace the above. I'm guessing the first mentioned is no longer available. ?? Is this new one has an extra wire. Not sure if anyone has done this thought one of y'all folks may have done this swap out Thx for any help in Advance. Best to the group

I did call Coleman and bought this from Coleman. It just has 1 more grey wire. I told them what unit I have and it's functions I will get this one in this next week. And see what is going on then. Guess they don't make the 9430338 any longer I would think they would know what to send out.

This red center wire is my concern

From end red is power blue neg. White is blower low. Green is blow high. 2 and red.? Yellow is to compressor. White gas heat.

Thx Kevin I have found out when after the purchase the tech replaced my tstst which was a 9430-338 so that had been my issue all along it is not correct the rear unit had no heat pump. So search is on for another 9430-338 which seems unavailable now
