Trailer hitch height on a 2021 prestige 36h

Ok i know this is a long shot but I drove my rv to the storage facility (about an hour away) and I forgot to measure the height of the trailer hitch. I am having a blue ox installed on a toad and they say the need the wiring diagram and the hitch height but they don't need the rv to install the blue ox to the toad. Would anyone have that information or a similar rv that they could measure?

The hitch height is required to determine if you need a drop-down hitch receiver to insert the tow bars. If I were you, I would determine this by having the car behind the RV with the tow bars connected on level ground. I believe the rule of thumb is a 3-inch differential. 1 1/2" above or below the hitch. I have a Ford Edge ST which sits pretty high and still needed a 2" drop receiver connected to a 36H 2019 Precept Prestige to have a level connection.
Level ground is key to getting the right measurement. The hitch receiver can be installed at any time and will not interfere with the install of your Blue Ox on your toad. I'm not sure why they need this info except to sell you the correct drop-down receiver.

I think that was why they needed it to determine the drop down hitch. I think because of the three inch margin they would be good with an estimation based on the installed height of the base plate on the toad

My 2019 Precept Prestige 36H measures 19 inches from the ground to center of the hitch receiver.
