V8 chassis rear sway bar recall

Has anyone had their rear sway bar brackets replaced under the recall from Ford late last year?

Mine had fallen off twice within the first 6 months (~ 4k miles) of ownership, so I added loctite to keep it in place. About 10k miles and 18 months later and haven't had any further issues I have it in to get the recall cleared now - should I plan to add more loctite when I get it back or is there enough confidence they are fixing it properly? Anyone have any actual experience with the "fix" yet? (I am leaning toward adding the picture again just as a precaution).

We own a '22 Precept on the F53 V8 and haven't received word of any recall.

22S62/22V731 is the recall number I received (may only be on the 18k chassis?). I am having the rear differential recall taken care of and told them about this one as well, but looks like parts may not yet be available for the rear sway bar, so I guess I just answered my own question. The notice is dated September if last year and I received a mailed notification in November.

I have a 2022 Precept 36C and received a recall notice for the swaybar brackets. Going to give my local Ford dealer a call to see when I can get them fixed.

I contacted Ford and was told the parts will not be available until after the 1st quarter of 2023

I did lose the left side sway bar bracket. Ford replaced it and several months later I saw that the bolts were once again loose. I added some loctight and I check them in a regular basis. So far so good!

I did receive the recall last fall on my 2021 Precept 36A, but it stated parts were not available and that I would be notified when they were. I just looked up on the following website with my VIN #, and it shows as a open recall.

I haven't received a recall letter on my 22 36C yet. I did hear about this and have been keeping an eye on the rear sway bar bolts.

I just checked my VIN on the NHTSA site and it shows no recalls. I guess not all of the 22 F53 chassis had this issue?

That's good to know but I need to check my VIN.

This is accurate, sport is not 4 down towable, but the regular is. The problem is that the regular base weight of the 4 door) is right at 5k lbs and as such, not many gas rigs are equipped to flat tow those (the 2 door might be lighter, but you wouldn't be able to have many options added to stay within most weight limits).

Update: the Ford dealership completing my rear differential recall just called and stated they were able to complete the sway bar bracket recall on my rig as well, so apparently parts are now available. I won't be able to pick it up until later this week since it is an hour and a half away, but I plan to check everything this weekend (and likely apply more blue loctite to the new bolts).

We are, it was really easy to setup for flat towing and tows well. It is 4500lbs so it's under what our 36C is rated for, you can't really even tell it's back there.

I called Rush Trucking here in Cinci yesterday, not in yet for ours.
