If you can remove your shower wand head unit from it's hose, do so and look in the female of the wand. If you see a flow restrictor that looks even remotely similar to the kind on faucets, you can pick it out and throw it away. Should fix your problem and give you a bit more pressure too. If that doesn't work, then the mix valve is your culprit and may be more trouble than it's worth to deal with. Good luck.
