What Rubber Bonding Does Jayco Use?

My Precept's water inlet fitting that features the five-lugged knob for tightening it up on the male end of the water supply hose separated under the knob so I had to replace it.

But after I removed the three screws that I thought were all that was securing the fitting to the aluminum backplate, I was surprised to find that I still had to pry it off with a big knife. And when I looked on the back of the fitting's plastic mount-flange, I saw that it was also glued on with some sort of white rubber bonding agent.

Does anyone know what this white rubber bonding agent that Jayco uses is? I would like to know because it's fantastic stuff! It is nice and rubbery but very strong. I had to pull with a lot of force using needle nose pliers to pick pieces of it off the plastic in an attempt to find the fitting's part number.

When I replaced the city water connection on mine, I found a layer of RV butyl tape. Should be available at any RV dealer or Amazon. Something like this:

I would use OSI Quad caulking, that is what Jayco uses on vertical surfaces.
