Why Precept does not have ladder to the roof?

Why Precept does not have ladder to the roof? Roof is not walkable?
How to climb up the roof if need maintenance or check if any debris or tree branches on roof?

They have eliminated ladders on many rigs. Roof can be walked on with no problem. You're better off carrying one of these, it's much safer.

Worry about the ladder may fall when climbing up. To secure the ladder in place, is there anything on ladder to attach to the RV back or the edge of roof?

One benefit without ladder: children will not be able to climb to the roof

I got a similar one of these and it’s been great. I didn’t like the ladder on the back of my Greyhawk. Too awkward on and off.

I carry the 16' Little Giant ladder to access my roof, windshield, side windows, etc. Works great and stores neatly in my basement storage. Much sturdier than the attached ladders for the few times I need to get to my roof. Use it more for window washing than anything even though I have an extendable washing brush.

Some videos show that Precept has ladder. Some have, some do not. But it is not an option.

2020 seems to be a weird year for ladders. My 2020 Accolade, built in 2019, does not have a ladder but others I have seen in photos do have a ladder. Personally I like the clean look without the ladder and I also have a 16.5 foot portable extension ladder.
