Winterizing gurus…Hot water not flowing

Trying to winterize alante 31v. Cold water lines are good, just can’t get antifreeze to flow thru hot lines.

I have the girard tankless water heater. Yay.

Water heater power switch off and its valve in normal operation position. Do I need to open it? Propane is off.

Will try again tonight. No good notes in girard manual.

Any tips?

… Then I can work on taking batteries out. Going to get nippy next week.

Thanks in advance!

On mine I empty the drain chute and bypass the water heater first.

Long story, had to dump the red low point drain valve again. Start over. Prior I had pumped with inlet valve without reversing the vent plug. Must have been pressure that caused it to stop.

All good now!
