2012 31FS mods

Hello fellow travelers, I decided to make some improvements to make our RV a little more comfortable. We removed the jackknife sofa and went with recliners. We found them on amazon for $350. http://a.co/8LoASW0 They are a little bit smaller width wise for the space but it leaves room between the stove for a small end table with a cupholder.
The second mod was a new sink. I found a sink online at Home Depot that fit and was deep with only one bowl. If we dry camp it has enough room to use a small wash basin in it to rinse the dishes. I also have a corona cutting board with 2 halves to go over the sink.

The third mod was the stove top. We had the standard metal foldable stove top and I saw another fellow 31FS owner who did that mod. I dropped the stove down 2-1/2 inches and installed the glass top. It looks and functions much better.

My fourth mod is to add a water softener to the back compartment. I'm going to repipe the water inlet into the softener so that way I don't have to set up the unit every time we set up camp.
Mod 5 is to remove the existing 10 foot wide awning to a 23' awning, relocating the arm closest to the door to behind the slide at the rear of the rv. This will cover the slide too so it has a double purpose. Pictures to follow.

Those all look really nice, I really dislike the jackknife sofa in my trailer, your new loveseat would be a great improvement
