I struggled with where to mount it as there is minimal clearance between the window for the top bunk and the clearance lights. I settled on removing the middle clearance light. Now, the camera has power when the fifth wheel is plugged into my truck and the lights are turned on. Not a bad thing I guess seeing as some have problems locating a shut off switch to the units that are pre wired for a camera. Mine was not.

I had to remove about 8 feet of wire in total from the rats nest that was tucked up in there. More soldering and connecting than I anticipated but it all work out in the end

The kit doesn't come with mounting screws but I had some 1" stainless screws from another project so at least I didn't have to run to town for supplies.

I did the same on mine. Works perfect.

Maxxair ii

I installed a Maxxair II vent cover on my bedroom vent. It works well in conjunction with my Maxxair Delux fan 7500K I did the other day.

+1, just added the same Maxxair II cover on the bedroom vent. Very easy job and now we don't have to worry about the rain!

Well today I replaced all of the regular bulbs that came with my rig and went with the superbrightLED replacements. For the marker lights (194 bulbs) I went with these.

https://www.superbrightleds.com/more...t-car/206/923/

In total I replaced 7 amber bulbs (The factory ones were clear and relied upon the lens) and then 6 red ones.

The tail light replacements were these as a direct replacement for the 3157 bulbs. They also offer these in both white and red. I went with red just because I can.

These pics make it hard to see the difference during daylight,..but at night,..WOW what a difference!!
