Welcome Aboard!
You are talking about only removing the one bench at the dinette closest to your bed.
In theory it is super easy to do. Just a few #2 square drive screws holding to the floor and wall. It is the hidden things like utilities that can make it challenging .
Looking at online images of your TT, I think you are extremely lucky. Looks like the wheel well does not protrude into the side of the TT, nor does there appear to have a utility corridor along the wall between the two benches. There also does not look to be any outside wall penetration's into that area. Again, I think you got lucky and it will be very easy.
I suspect there will be about 10 screws holding it in place. Hardest part will be locating the upper screws holding the seat back to the wall. May need to poke around to figure out how it was assembled and then reverse the process.
Good luck, please post images when done, and how you did it.
FYI, I would recommend keeping the bench, so you can re-install it when you decide to sell the TT.
