24RBS shower curtain fix...

Finally, I can comfortably showed in our tt without the shower curtain sticking to me like flypaper! Simple mod - Amazon shower curtain track, & walmart curtain= happiness,
From amazon, VRSS shower curtain track, 3 meters, #8541793912.
Wal-Mart shower curtain of your choice, trimmed to fit inside the tub. (They're too long)
In the pics, you can see the 3 screws on the ceiling where the original shower track was, which goes straight across, & The amount of room gained with the new one.
I'm 6'4, 250+, and this worked out great!

57gasser,

Welcome to JOF

Nice shower curtain mod..., and I can relate being 6'-4" as well, may borrow the idea. Having the opening area above the curtain will allow the exhaust fan to function more effectively as well.

Keep the mods coming......

I have a couple mods on my 24RBS as well:

Nice!

Was there good solid mounting for the screws?
Is there thin panel or plywood up there?

I moved the new track 8 1/2" from the old one, & that let me put 1 ceiling bracket on each side of the roof vent where those 2 screws went into the rough opening framing for the vent. The other 4 went into the ceiling panels, just like Jayco installed the originals. It is quite sturdy, & I'm confident it's not going to fall or sag over time during normal use.
