28RLS new Backsplash (While Camping)

My wife didn't like the original wallpaper backsplash so she bought some vinyl replacement tiles instead. So we brought it all with us when we went camping this weekend and we did it "In the Field" and well, I think it turned out awesome.

Nice! What a difference. I'm planning to do something like this in my 338RETS. The interiors are so bland, just need a little dressing up.

Looks awesome - were those self stick tiles? Did you put them right over the original? My DW hates the back splash that came with our trailer...

Thank you!

Yes on both. They were peel and stick and we peeled and stuck them right over the old crap! We thought about peeling off the original stuff but decided just to go right over it. I'm still trying to find a nice small piece of black anodized aluminum trim to cap it with. Looks fine without it so it may never happen.

What year is your 28RLS? 16? I like the sink cover with slots cut, used as drain. Our '17' are solid and I tried to put slots ones in our and their too big. Nice job on backslash neighbor.

Thank you GoldenBear!
And welcome to the forums.
Yeah, ours is a 2016, one of the last of them.
I like the slots too. It's really handy to rinse stuff off and just let it pass thru that cover.
Maybe I'll see you around, since we're in the same town.

Be sure to check out my blog 28RLS Mods and Observations for other stuff we did to our 28RLS
