A few weekend improvements.

Our first real trip was this weekend and we added a few things to make life a little more comfortable in our home away from home.

  • We added some storage baskets above the queen bed. I picked them up at Marshall's and they're perfect for mine and my two year old's clothes. When I bought them, I was afraid they were going to be too big but I could have easily fit the larger sized bins up there! It worked out okay since now I have the perfect spot to get my purse out of the way. I'd like to eventually add some shelves to the cabinets next to the bed but for now, I have a forth basket in my cabinet to hold my unmentionables.
  • We hung some command hooks right by the front door to hold keys and sunglasses. Keeps them from not getting lost and out of little hands!
  • DH installed a paper towel holder next to the sink. It's the kind that you can use one handed which also keeps the roll from unraveling while in transit. (BONUS: I hung my canvas print!)
  • Not pictured: the MaxxAir vent DH installed right before a big storm rolled in. It worked perfectly!

Good job. Where did you get the paper towel holder? I like that it doesn't unroll.
Happy RVing,
Jeff

Those small mods that make life easier and more organized are very satisfying!
