Does anyone know where those wires would be on a White Hawk 23MRB?

Wall switch still works as normal, that's how we turn them on and off still. Once we figured out how bright we like the lights we don't even adjust the dimmer.

The wall switch uses a "common ground". The dimmer uses Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) to dim the light. PWM needs a direct connection to the light. Most Jaycos aren't wired for that wall switch to go directly to the light and uses the common ground. PWM cannot work with common ground.

+1 I very rarely change that setting. Downside is the battery in my remote will likely be dead when I want to change it and I will not have known until right then. Note: I installed a different style dimmer than OP; mine is a small RF remote controlled in-line module.

Got the dimmer today and added it to my Greyhawk. WORKS GREAT!!!

I put the dimmer in the cabinet above the table to the left. The power awning and light wires are behind the panel inside the cabinet towards the front of the rig. Spliced the dimmer into the LED wiring. I'll post pics soon.
