good job!, My DW likes windows, but she might draw a line with one in the bathroom. But is does look good.
I assume on the outside you removed the rest of the decal before making the final installation?

I just got a matching shade from Jayco, and I'll be taking off the remnants of decal this weekend.

I got construction drawings from Jayco (they're good about that). There was 1 horizontal aluminum beam just above the window (otherwise I would have liked to raise it another 6")
I was confident there were no wires; everything on the rear wall is exposed.

Great job! We put a window on our "Must Have List" too. We like windows all around the RV to see what is going on in the world......lol. We have a bed in the rear and have a side windows which opens, but when they install a water heater and furnace underneath..............fumes. Just wonder what they were thinking the designers at Jayco. But so has every RV unit its flaws. On ours I can see the construction design in the winter and otherwise a stud finder will do the job. Seems like every year there is some remodeling todo in an RV, that's what I experienced in the last 50 years. At least they get better every year............I wish the depreciation would be less on RV's. Any mods you do doesn't add to much to resale value. That's why I keep them longer than 10 years and sell privately.

How did you miss all the wall studs? I could never be that lucky.

I got construction drawings from Jayco; they are very good about emailing drawings (for the most part).
