Atwood Jack Flag Pole Mod...
The other day I was loading the pass through of our new 32TSBH with our camping necessities and a light bulb went off as I grabbed the flag. I have to give God some credit too! That Atwood jack has plenty of space up top for a flag pole mount! I grabbed some stove top bolts, nuts, large washers, drill, and my trusty Dremel. A short time later the mod was complete and it looks almost factory!

Pretty cool for sure. Are you concerned that it might crack the cover in higher winds?

Ranger,
Yes, I was at first. The mount is really solid, but has a little flex to it to accommodate light winds. The flag also has a plastic sleeve that it's mounted to that helps as well. But, if strong winds could be a problem I just won't use it. Kind of like an awning

Yup, awning goes up, flag comes down. Nice job!

I would still be worried about it on that plastic housing... The worry wort in me would use a muffler clamp type bolt around the leg of the jack instead....
